SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping across Ireland on all orders above €50.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped out every Tuesday. Orders are shipped with An Post and take 3 -5 working days from when they are received (often a lot quicker though!)
If you have an urgent order please contact me on instagram @lovedbyrascals or send me an email on carolyn@lovedbyrascals.com and I will do my best to get it to you ASAP.​
Return & Exchange Policy
We are very happy to accept returns or arrange an exchange within 7 working days if you should change your mind.

Please contact us by email with details of your return/exchange for approval.
​
Any returned items must be unused, and in the original packaging.
Return costs are paid by the customer.
​
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please include images of the fault in your email.

Once a return has been approved, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
